Raymond Linch
Raymond has been involved in markets his whole life, with a deep understanding of the industry, its people and has a knack of knowing how to untap a site's potential.

He has been involved with more than 250 Market and Food-hall developments throughout the UK and Europe, some of which are truly iconic and ground-breaking.
​
With a passion for localism, independent trade and authenticity, Raymond has dedicated his entire working life to bettering the opportunities of those who work in the industry and to help ensure communities enjoy the very best that markets and food halls can offer.

Food Hall Specialist
James Wrigley
James has worked in the retail, leisure and hospitality industry for the last 19 years with experience of managing multiple venues, traders and working in partnership with key stakeholders such as landlords, property developers and councils.

James has extensive experience of operating as an independent business.
​
He has operated numerous placemaking venues, has also managed, restructured and remodelled Market Halls with annual sales of up to £3.5 million per/year. James loves to look at the commercial model of venues, building an effective team, integrating effective events programming, and working with independent food and retail traders on a daily basis to improve the overall offering.

James has worked with numerous property developers and local councils to deliver meaningful community and hospitality projects, which are all central elements within wider town masterplan developments.

Communications and Engagement
Julian Pearce
Julian is our consultation, engagement and communications specialist. He has worked in the fields of communications and stakeholder engagement for almost twenty years and brings extensive knowledge in built-environment and placemaking communications.

Julian has led our stakeholder engagement exercises and consultations of all sizes in a variety of city, town, suburban and rural locations, bringing digital engagement techniques to the fore.
​
Julian’s expertise extends across public and private sector, and through several areas of retail, including markets; shopping centres; heritage venues; and motorway services. He has led stakeholder engagement strategies on multiple large-scale and high-profile projects.

Creative Architectural Designer
Jonathan Thorns
Jonathan is our in-house Architect, delivering on market and food halls projects from feasibility to completion.

He qualified in 2007 and has demonstrated the ability to deliver high quality conceptual and technical designs for projects we have been appointed to deliver.
​
Jonathan's expertise in placemaking has seen him realise and deliver numerous schemes across the UK with emphasis on sustainable designs that are adaptable and resilient for the future.

Creative Executive
Kelly Leman
Kelly completed her studies in 2012, leaving university with a BA (Hons) Degree in Graphic Design.

Kelly now works as the Creative Executive for Market Curators leading on the production of artwork for print based media, digital media and website design.
